Important. FITEWEEK is a planning and tracking tool for adult combat-sports athletes and their coaches. It is not medical advice. Weight cutting carries real health risks. Every water cut must be supervised by a qualified coach, and you should consult a doctor before starting, especially with any medical condition.
Who can use FITEWEEK
You must be 18 or older. By using FITEWEEK you agree to these terms. FITEWEEK is operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS].
Health and safety
- Plans are estimates based on what you enter. Bodies differ; stop and seek medical help if you feel dizzy, confused, faint, have chest pain, cramps that don't stop, or stop sweating.
- Never cut weight alone. Never use diuretics, laxatives or other drugs to cut weight. FITEWEEK will never recommend them.
- Follow your commission's or federation's rules (weigh-in times, hydration tests, weight-cut limits).
- You are responsible for your decisions and for checking any plan with your coach and doctor.
Accounts
Keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account. Coaches and gyms must have the athlete's agreement before following their camp.
Plans and payments
- Fight Pass: one-time payment that unlocks the full plan for one fight camp (120 days from purchase).
- Coach and Gym: monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time in Me → Account → Plan; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Prices include applicable taxes where required. If you are a consumer in the EU you may have a 14-day withdrawal right; by starting to use the paid plan straight away you agree that this right ends once the service has been fully provided. Contact us for refunds within 14 days if you haven't used the plan.
Your content
You own the data you enter. You give us permission to store and process it only to run FITEWEEK for you.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other people's data, or reverse-engineer it.
Liability
FITEWEEK is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, missed weight, or any injury arising from following a plan without proper supervision. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY], without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
